David is a qualified NLP Sports Practitioner who has extensively trained in the techniques of mental management on the golf course.

During the 2 hour mental game session David will find out about the particular issues that you face out on the golf course, and give you practical tools to deal with them.

 During the session he will cover

  • Dealing with first tee nerves 
  • The role and structure of a pre-shot routine
  • Dealing with a bad shots and adversity
  • The importance of maintaining a 'neutral state'
  • Managing the time between shots effectively so concentration can be maintained at the key moments
